1. User Registration & Account Security

Our website offers a Patient Registration feature to store your medical history and reports.

• You agree to provide accurate and current information (Name, Age, Medical History).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login password.
• Do not share your account details with others to prevent unauthorized access to your medical reports.

2. Online Pathology Reports

• Accuracy: While we strive for 100% accuracy at Garhwal Pathology Lab, all diagnostic tests have a standard margin of error as per medical norms.
• Availability: Reports will be available for download in your dashboard once processing is complete.
• Delivery: Delays may occur due to technical issues or re-testing requirements for accuracy.
